Love Norma for hair colour. She is lovely and kind and does my hair perfect.

There are lots of hair stylists available. Great reception service. Always there to answer my questions with a smile.

I had two appointments at Fiorio. The first one didn’t meet my expectations, but the team responded promptly and did their best to make things right. After going to my hairdresser for over 20 years it seemed that it would be daunting to find a new salon.  But it wasn’t!
Fiorio Bayview is welcoming and hires capable employees. When you enter the salon a cheerful greeting, often by name, awaits you.  You are offered a coffee and you feel right at home.  My experience is that I have never had to wait for a stylist. The salon is clean, tidy and uses quality products.  Fiorio Bayview uses mainly Kératase and Fiorio product lines. Their stylists are at various levels based on experience and they work as a team.  If your regular stylist is not available Carolyn will suggest alternatives.
Kudos to Carolyn, Norma, Aliyah, Jessica and Lori.  These are the ladies that I have worked with so far. But, there are men stylists there too.

As a blonde, I highly recommend Norma for highlights. She’s done an amazing job giving me the perfect shades of blonde, without any orange. Apparently, many Toronto hairdressers use a strong toning agent, even though they find the right shade, I ended up with a strange colour closer to my roots, but Norma didn’t need to tone it even and was incredibly quick and balanced!

Had my second haircut here today and I am thrilled with the results. I was taken on early and the customer service was great the entire time, they offered drinks and were very polite. I had Jessica and will definitely be booking with her again, I had trouble describing the length and shape I wanted for a simple cut but she provided a perfect mix of her opinion while respecting what I was looking for, the cut turned out perfect and My hair feels and looks a million times better. She was also great when it came to interaction, it didn’t feel awkward at all, but comfortable silence and conversation. Before and after pics below, definitely recommend taking a trip here.

Moved into Toronto 2 years ago and was trying to find
a new hairdresser first experience was not great with a previous hairdresser.After some time
we happened to find Fiorio which was close to our home.
I have been going there for many months and have only positive experiences.
Well organized and very clean. Communication is excellent .
Jessica has been great preceded by Haida.
